I went to the Promenade with Jordi and Al. We grabbed dinner at Pizza Hut before heading to Lime Rickey's to meet up with Guy, Mark, Brad and Brian. They met a few girls - Irina, Keren and Karen (Brian knew her already from Northland) - that came with us to Newtonbrook Bowlerama. Jordi, Al and I ended up giving Irina a ride home ... with Jordi getting her phone number.
[Note - this was one of those monumental evenings that had a ripple effect that lasted for years. Several relationships came out of this evening and a bunch of new networks were formed. Ultimately it was a coming together of several Thornlea folks with Mackenzie folks ... which soon linked us to Newtonbrook people.]
